The UCAS School of Management will invite Ms. Wang Xin, a member of International Coach Federation (ICF), to its Entrepreneurship Saloon to give students a preliminary idea of coach supervision.
The ICF, a globally-leading association of coaches, defines “a professional coach as a long-term partner whose aim is to help clients succeed in their life and career.” Professionally-trained coaches will listen, observe and provide customized coaching according to the demand of clients. Their responsibility is to give support in order to enhance the skills, resources and creative capability clients already have. The ICF is the only organization that can grant globally-recognized coaching credentials.
About the speaker:
Wang Xin is an ICF member, Certified International Professional Managers Trainer (CIPMT) and certified lecturer on 4D leadership and excellent team. Wang used to work in world famous hotel management companies Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide and now serves as administration manager for China hotels business development in Manager Marriott International.
